After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
*Note that the lead time to pick & pack an order is different from shipping time.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
You can return/exchange your orders from 30 days of purchase via emailing info@ca-birchbury.com
You are required to return the product in order to receive a refund. Your product will also be inspected before receiving a refund.
